Nice to meet you! I am Akiko, living in Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo.
I was born and raised in Shinagawa-ku(ward) and I love this local area. Especially, I love people in this area because there are a lot of people who are kind and friendly. It would be no exaggeration to say that I was raised by the local uncles and aunts. And those uncles and aunts became older and some are already passed away. I feel very lonely and very sad these days because I can no longer have old-fashioned and friendly relationships. Large vehicles can accommodate up to 4 wheelchair users, or up to 3 attendants.
If there is 1 wheelchair user, up to 6 attendants may ride.

What payment methods are accepted?
Cash, credit cards, and taxi vouchers (availability depends on the local government).
Can nursing care insurance be used?
Nursing care insurance is not accepted. Services are provided on a self-pay basis.
Can I use the service without an escort?
Since standard transportation is handled by a single driver, we generally request an escort
to ensure the passenger’s safety during the ride.

Is there a cancellation fee?
Cancellations made after 6:00 PM on the previous day will be subject to a cancellation fee of 1,000 yen.
For cancellations involving long-distance pick-ups, please check with us each time.
Can you come immediately for a same-day request?
Although we operate on a reservation-only basis, we will do our best to accommodate same-day requests.
